Another fantastic story and another website I am really proud of. I saw an article in the New York post about a remarkable man – Tal Bayer – in a remarkable school, in Washington DC, USA. I am not articulate enough to portray to you just what this group have achieved, I cannot put it into words – so please visit the website and have a look at the media and the TV programmes that have been made about them all.
Just recently, as a reward for the pro bono projects I have done for the likes of the Nile Crocs and Mbale elephants etc; the TRT decided to let me have a go at their own website – which I have been nagging them about for some time. Result!
During the 2007/08 Season I played my rugby for the Al Khobar Quins in Saudi Arabia. There were two other teams in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh Skorpions and Jeddah. Once I had made a website for Khobar Quins I typically started pestering the other two teams – to no avail. However, a very long and drawn out pestering later …. the new guy at Jeddah folded and gave me a chance, the result was a great looking website with a new ‘polished’ badge.
We created a great website for the Falcons but Laurence wanted to take it up another gear and gave me complete freedom to go as mad as I wanted – so I did. TOA Dubai’s website still stands out in our portfolio as a completely different website.
The new season saw Cardiff go from strength to strength, achieving their first ever back to back varsity win over Swansea and a complete makeover for their website, which now looks fantastic! Martyn has spent a great deal of time adding content and pushing for his members to get involved.
Tiverton Rugby Club are the oldest Rugby club in Devon – Founded in 1868 and many regulars in the bar still remember that inaugural season …. honestly. I’m only kidding, but they were a hard club to get hooked up to the whole wide eyed web idea, believe me.
